It’s a big day for Flourish! Today we opened up public registration. Anyone can now sign up and start using Flourish to produce and publish visualizations and stories.

In addition, we’ve launched our new Personal plan, for users who want to keep their data and projects private. The Personal plan also lets you download visualizations and stories as HTML. This means you can host them on your own server, and be completely certain they will work forever. To celebrate the launch and thank our early users, the Personal plans are 50% off for the first year if you sign up within the next two weeks.

The free Public plan is unaffected by this and continues to provide unlimited use and public publishing. And of course we still have our free Newsroom plan, thanks to our partnership with Google News Lab.
